At L’Avindeep, every piece is carefully curated to reflect elegance, quality, and exclusivity. For this reason, we currently offer store credit only for returns.
Returns
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. • Items showing wear, makeup, fragrance, pet hair, or damage will be rejected. • Final sale items, clearance styles, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, and promotional items are non-returnable.
Store Credit
• Approved returns will receive store credit issued as a digital gift card. • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
Exchanges
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. • Simply return your item for store credit and repurchase the size or style you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will credit the item promptly.
